TRANSFORMATION OF THE WEEK~Eating right and the right Bodybuilding supplements
How did she do it here is her workout routine. Again weight training was big part of how she was able to achieve her body. The program worked great for her. The right Bodybuilding supplements were important.
Day 1:
Legs
: 3 x Failure (Under 20 Reps)
Day 2:
Back
: 3 x Failure (Under 20 Reps)
Triceps
: 3 x Failure (Under 20 Reps)
Day 3:
Shoulders
: 3 x Failure (Under 20 Reps)
Biceps
: 3 x Failure (Under 20 Reps)
Day 4:
Chest
: 3 x Failure (Under 20 Reps)
