A great 6 Week Muscle Gaining Program

I found this video on you tube. The clip has some great advice on bodybuilding and getting some great muscle gains and how to build muscle. It is a 6 week program that seems to work pretty good. I have not tried but I tried some of the techniques in the video and they seem to well.

TRANSFORMATION OF THE WEEK~Eating right and the right Bodybuilding supplements



How did she do it here is her workout routine. Again weight training was big part of how she was able to achieve her body. The program worked great for her. The right Bodybuilding supplements were important.
    Day 1:

    • Legs: 3 x Failure (Under 20 Reps)

    Day 2:

    • Back: 3 x Failure (Under 20 Reps)
    • Triceps: 3 x Failure (Under 20 Reps)
